Abstract: Luxurious publication with more than a hundred phototype reproductions that in the form of an illustrated catalogue presents the magnificent collection of weapons of José Estruch i Cumella (1844-1924). The Armory Museum was located in the former Rambla de Catalunya, Plaça Catalunya today, open to the public shortly before the World Expo in 1888.
The Estruch collection consisted of over two thousand pieces, in a spectacular installation, which made it an exceptional display of weapons and armors of various ages ranging from prehistoric, medieval and modern until the 18th and 19th centuries.
